In order to reduce trash and help the environment, recycling is encouraged. Please bring all recycling material to the recycling room located on the Ground floor garage area, adjacent to the package room. Please do not leave these items in the trash chute room or common corridors.

The recycling room is open at all times. Front desk staff may assist you in locating it. If you have large boxes, bell staff may assist you by bringing a cart up to your door to bring the boxes down.

Items that may be recycled include:

·         Clean paper: office paper, catalogs, promotional mail, magazines, etc.

·         Cardboard: package or food boxes, shoe boxes, etc. (must be flattened)

·         Cartons: drink cartons, etc.

·         Metal: drink cans, food cans, aluminum foil, wire hangers, etc.

·         Glass: bottles, jars, broken bottles, etc.

·         Plastics: drink bottles, milk jugs, detergent bottles, nonelectric plastic toys, plastic hangers, etc.



The loungers on the pool deck are currently undergoing work to replace the white fabric covering. This is being done in batches and all loungers should be ready by the end of August.



Please be aware the approved hours for the following:

·         Moves and furniture deliveries may only be conducted Monday - Saturday, between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM.

The move or delivery may not start before 8 AM and must be completed no later than 6 PM. Please note that an elevator reservation is required in order to move any large item into or out of a unit using the elevator.

·         Approved hours for vendors, contractors are Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and Saturday from 12 PM - 3 PM. Nonemergency work is not permitted outside these hours.
