Architectural Procedure
In order to conduct architectural improvements to your unit, the project must be approved by the association. Improvements that require approval are (but not limited to):
-Flooring (carpet, hardwood, tile, etc) replacement
-Painting
-Electrical (lighting, outlet, etc)
-Plumbing
-HVAC replacement
-Adding walls / cabinetry
-EV Charger Installation
Documents that must be filled out:
Other Requirements:
-All vendor insurance with Evo HOA as the additionally insured
-License number of all vendors
-Drawings (if relevant)
-Specification of material (ie. paint, flooring, soundproofing underlayment)
-Work Schedule
Project Completion Requirements:
A Notice of Completion and inspection must be conducted after the project is completed.
