Welcome to the Board of Directors!
We would like to welcome Yvette Roland to the Board of Directors; Yvette will be replacing, Janice Yu, Director at Large, for the remainder of her term. Yvette has been an owner at Evo since 2009.
While still an owner at Evo, Janice Yu; our long term board member, has decided to step down. Janice has been involved with the HOA for several years and has provided her input in several important HOA decisions, specially during the litigation.
We are extremely thankful for Janice’s contribution and commitment throughout the years and wish her the best.
Yvette’s term will conclude in March 2020, and the position will be up for election during the 2020 Annual Meeting.
Once again, Thank you Janice for your service, and Welcome to the Board Yvette!

WINDOW WASHING PROJECT UPDATE
- As previously communicated the swing stage equipment on the roof is operational however, the pillars used to attach the swing stage are still under repair. We have discovered that at least two pillars needed adjustment to comply with safety requirements and we are also testing all other forty pillars for safety measure. Because of the situation we cannot pursue with window washing until current issues with pillars are resolved. We will keep you updated when additional informational is available.
- Balcony Exterior Glass Cleaning: If you have a balcony or patio and have requested balcony glass cleaning, please be advised that, we have sent an email with the schedule to those who have signed up for the service. A copy of the schedule is available at the Front Desk.

Window Washing Notice Update
Our Roofing contractor is still working on repairs of the pedestal on the roof, required for the use of the swing stage. However, it is possible to wash windows of floors 3 to 5 (excluding windows of the south side of the building) with a boom lift as we do every year. Consequently, we will proceed with window washing per below schedule for windows we will access without a swing stage. Please be sure to use window coverings for privacy!
Window Washing Schedule – Floors 3 – 5 Only!
- West Side/Back Alley on: Wednesday, June 26th
- North Side/Townhome/11th Street: Start Date: Wednesday, June 26th | End Date: Thursday, June 27th
- East Side/Grand Avenue on: Thursday, June 27th
We are also planning to begin balcony cleaning in July and we will provide more information soon!
