Window Washing Cleaning Notice Update!

Dear Evo Homeowners and Residents,

Please, be advised that our Window Washing Project for all Exterior Windows and Balcony Glass has been moved to: Monday, May 20th thru Wednesday, June 19th, 2019.

Working hours shall be between: 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Once the project begins, workers will be utilizing the swing stage along the outside of the building.

Please be mindful of the following:

  • You may want to close your window coverings for privacy
  • For some units, not all windows may be cleaned on the same day due to the configuration of the building exterior.
  • Due to wet conditions, please exercise caution when walking around the building’s perimeter. Signs will be posted in the areas where work is taking place.
  • Please keep all windows and sliding doors closed when window cleaning is in your area.
  • Please be sure to remove all items or furniture from balconies that you may not want to get wet. Staff will not move any items on any balcony.

Balcony/Patio – Glass & Exterior Panels

For units with balconies and patios, cleaning of balcony glass and exterior surfaces (excluding floor) is also included with this service at no additional charge.

Balcony cleaning will take place after: Wednesday, June 19th.

Please contact Lucie Kremer at lkremer@actionlife.com or 213-741-2703 to be placed on our list for balcony cleaning. The deadline to add your balcony on the list is: Monday, May 24th 2019. After reception of all requests, Management will develop a Balcony-Cleaning Schedule. Because of the multiple units to cover, residents will not be able to select a specific date for balcony cleaning.

Parking Garage Deep Cleaning Notice

Deep cleaning of the Parking Garage will take place: May, 20th thru May, 23rd – 2019.

Cleaning hours are from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Please note: this will be a Deep Cleaning that is only performed annually.

Please remove your vehicle from your parking space on the appropriate day so your parking space can be deep cleaned.

Kitchen Drain Line Cleaning Notice

R & R plumbing will conduct a kitchen drain line cleaning from: March 26th, 2019 thru May 1st, 2019.

The Evo maintenance staff will be supervising the project. The cleaning is necessary to prevent drainage issues. Working hours are from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. 

Due to the number of units to cover, schedule modifications cannot be accommodated. R&R Plumbing will access your unit during this time period. If your unit is located from the 1st thru the 13th floor; the unit may have to be accessed twice to monitor and prevent back-up when working on upper stacks. If you are a resident on floors 3 to 13 in unit stacks 05, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 or 17, your unit will be entered twice between March 26th and May 1st. Please carefully review the schedule. In preparation for the project, please remove all items from underneath the sink.

Because of the number of people required to monitor all units during the project, the HOA has contracted services from a security agency, All Action Security Group. They will provide Security Officers to monitor your units in case of water back-up during the cleaning. Please let us know if you plan to be home during the cleaning. If not, R&R Plumbing crew in conjunction with Evo staff and Security Officers from All Action Security Group will access your unit to perform the described work.

Unauthorized Parking

  • We’ve had a few complains about vehicles parking in resident’s parking spaces without authorization. We want to remind everyone to please inform your guests that if their vehicles are reported to the Front Desk for unauthorized parking, they will be subject to towing.

DTLA Strong

  • DTLA Strong was formed to propose solutions to the growing challenges of DTLA. Polling and moderated discussions between residents, business owners and community groups identified public safety as the primary concern of respondents. And, they have begun a petition asking the City of Los Angeles to devote more resources to community-minded police foot beats in the neighborhood.
