Dear residents, We kindly request your attention to the following important reminders. Please take a moment to review them: Reminder #1: LADWP Energy Rate Increase We would like to inform you that the LADWP has recently raised the energy rates. As a result, monthly energy costs may fluctuate. We kindly request your cooperation in being mindful of your energy consumption. Reminder #2: HVAC System Maintenance With temperatures beginning to rise, it is important to ensure that your HVAC system is properly serviced. It is recommended to have your HVAC system inspected every 3 months and to regularly change the HVAC filter. For your convenience, homeowners can authorize HVAC filter replacements for $20 at the front desk. Proper maintenance of your HVAC system helps promote its efficiency and longevity. Please find the contact information for a couple of preferred vendors. Custom Air Systems 805-522-2426 Vantage Air 818-773-6400 Williams AC System 909-466-7777 Reminder #3: Homeowners Insurance Renewals Per the governing documents, it is mandatory for all homeowners to provide their homeowners insurance renewals. This helps protect both you and the community in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please send all homeowner insurance renewals to Evoinsurance@actionlife.com. Reminder #4: Amenities Usage for Leased Units If you have moved out and leased your unit, kindly note that you are not allowed to use the amenities during the lease period. This policy ensures fair access to amenities for all residents. Front Desk and Door Reminders We would like to remind everyone to be considerate when visiting the front desk. The front desk can be a fast-paced environment, where associates often multitask to fulfill residents’ and guests’ needs. As you enter the lobby, please use your fob to access the building if you notice that the front desk is occupied. This helps prevent overwhelming the associates and avoids potential damage to the front door. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to these reminders. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our management team. Best regards, Francisco Rodriguez Manager Assistant |
