Evo │ Internet Outage – 1/23/24

Dear Residents,
I hope this email finds you well. We would like to inform you of an upcoming equipment inspection conducted by BAI Connect within our property. This inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, and will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that all BAI Connect equipment located on each floor of our building is functioning optimally. During this process, BAI Connect technicians will assess the condition of the equipment, and if they identify any components that require upgrading, these will be replaced on-site.
Please be aware that this necessary maintenance may lead to intermittent internet outages on the floors undergoing upgrades. We anticipate that any such outages will last approximately 20-30 minutes, which is the time required to replace the equipment and restore internet service.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific time windows for each floor as the duration of the work may vary. This variability depends on whether replacements are needed on a particular floor.
