Evo – 5 Year- Fire Sprinkler Testing & Smoke Detector Testing Schedule
Dear Residents,
Fire sprinkler testing is required in all units and common areas every five years, per fire code. The testing will begin on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, and will be completed on Wednesday, June 12th, 2024. An authorized vendor will conduct the testing, accompanied by an HOA staff member who will also provide unit access.
At the same time, our maintenance team will be testing the smoke detectors. Per fire code, smoke detectors are required to be tested twice a year
Please expect moderate to loud noise from the smoke detectors alarms on both dates between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mandatory access to all units on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, and Wednesday, June 12th, 2024; please see below the detailed schedule:
Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 Mandatory Access to the following units;
8:00 am – 12:00 pm: 18th Floor – 21st Floor
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: 14th Floor – 17th Floor, Townhomes, PH1 & PH2
Wednesday, June 12th, 2024 – Mandatory Access to the following units;
8:00 am – 12:00 pm: 8th Floor – 13th Floor
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: 3rd Floor – 7th Floor
