• Twice a year HVAC inspection with a professional HVAC Vendor.
• Have an HVAC Vendor check the condensation drain line. The condensation drain line failure may cause water leaks in your unit.
• Change the HVAC filter at least once every three (3) months, depending on use.
• Do NOT store anything near the area where the air flow comes out of the HVAC system. Storing items will obstruct the air flow and force your HVAC to work harder to cool your unit.
