Emergency Procedures Training

Fire Code requires all occupants in high rise buildings to receive annual Emergency Procedures Training. For your convenience, training is now available online.

Training modules include: Fire, Earthquake, Medical Emergency, Power Failure, and Bomb Threat procedures.  Additional resources are also available, including refuge map area, Evo Emergency Procedures manual, and more.

BMW Recall

Auto maker BMW BMW has issued two recalls of more than one million vehicles due to risk of fire – even when the vehicle is parked. Because multiple residents own a BMW parked in the underground garage, we thought the information would be helpful to share.

BMW recommends that these vehicles be parked outdoors until repairs are complete.

Several BMW vehicles from model years 2006 – 2011 are affected. If you own a vehicle from BMW, we recommend you contact your dealer as soon as possible.
