Please be advised that hot and cold water service to your unit will be shut off for all units on floors 3-13 on Tuesday January 9, 2018 between the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in order to complete repairs in two residential units.  The restrooms on the 6th floor deck will also not have water. You may use common area restrooms on the rooftop level or ground floor.
NOTE: It is possible that the repair may be completed before the scheduled time of 2 PM. Water service will be restored as soon as the repair is complete.

We will be replacing incandescent lighting in the common areas with LED lighting. Work will commence on this project on January 15, 2018. GEI personnel will be changing out the lights in the common areas, which include lights in the parking garage, elevator lobbies, and common area rooms.

The filming project that was initially scheduled to take place on January 5, 2018, has been cancelled by the production company.

LADWP will be connecting utilities to the construction site at 1120 S Grand Ave (across the street from Evo).

  • This will require temporary No Parking zones in front of Evo, including the passenger loading zone and the first two metered spaces beyond.
  • Work will take place Monday – Friday, from 10 AM – 4 PM.
  • No Parking restrictions will only be in effect during these times. Work expected to end on February 2, 2018.

As per the contract, the speed of the Internet Service provided by Bel-Air Internet to all units has been increased to 125 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload, up from the prior 100M/50M. In addition, a 2% rate adjustment will be effective on February 1, 2018. The monthly charge for the service will increase to $20.29, from the current $19.89. The new charge will appear on your February statement.
