Garage Repair + Evo Server Outage

Waterproofing Work on Garage Ramp

On January 17-18, 2018, Evo facilities staff will be doing waterproofing repair on the ramp between Levels P1 and P2 in the Evo parking garage. Beginning at 9 AM on January 17, 2018, only one lane on the ramp will remain open to traffic. One lane will be repaired on January 17 and the other lane on January 18. We expect to be able to open both sides of the ramp at 9 AM on January 19, 2018.


During this period, please exercise extreme caution when using the ramp to travel between levels P1 and P2. Traffic will be traveling in both directions using the single open lane.


Evo Server Outage

On Saturday January 20, 2018, maintenance will take place on all servers serving Evo Homeowners Association. Work will commence at 10 PM and will last approximately four hours. During this time, the Vivo Portal as well as the Evo website at will not be available.


Front desk computer terminals will also be offline. The front desk staff will be operating from printed backup lists in order to assist guests and residents.  During this time, staff will not have access to email. Please call the front desk for all requests; do not send emails.
