Continuing Localized Water Shutoffs

Localized Water Shut-Offs will be continue, through July 20^th (rest of this week), impacting all units on floors 3-13 AND between July 23^rd and 25^th (next week), impacting all units on floors 14-23 (including penthouse units).  For July 26^th, please review the schedule here with details.

IMPORTANT: Access to ALL units is required. Please inform management with any specific instructions you may have for your unit. It will not be possible to accommodate change of schedule request.

Parking Garage Cleaning

Parking garage cleaning will take place July 23 – July 30, 2018. Work hours are 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM each day.

Please move your vehicle out of your parking space on the designated day so your parking space may be cleaned. The schedule of cleaning is below.

Street Closures

• 11^th St will be closed for final paving from Flower St to Broadway on Saturday July 21^st from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This work was initially scheduled for July 14^th, but was rescheduled.
• Hope St will be closed between 11^th St and 12^th St. on Saturday July 21^st from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Access to the parking garage will only be possible through 12^th

Save the Date: Council Member Jose Huizar Visit

Council Member Jose Huizar will visit Evo on August 22, 2018 (6:30 PM – 8:00 PM).

If you have question or comment, Evo residents will be able to exchange directly with Council Member Jose Huizar. You can also share desired topics to cover with the manage office. In preparation for the visit, management will provide a list of preferred topics to the office of Mr. Huizar.
