Trash Chute Emergency Repair – Update
The Trash Chute Emergency Repair conducted today: 5/16/2019 was completed and you may begin using the trash chute immediately.
Should you experience any future problems, please report them to the front desk by calling 213.741.2700 or via email at: evofrontdesk@actionlife.com.
Window Washing Cleaning Service – Update
Due to an unforeseen Mechanical issue, our Window Washing Project for all Exterior Windows and Balcony Glass has been postponed until further notice.
We will provide additional information as soon as it is available. Please contact management at 213-741-2700 for more information regarding this matter. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Parking Garage Deep Cleaning Notice
Deep cleaning of the Parking Garage will take place on:
Monday, May – 20th, 2019 thru Thursday, May, 23rd – 2019.
The Cleaning hours shall be: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Please note: This will be a Deep Cleaning which is only performed annually.
Please review the schedule below and be sure to remove your vehicle from the designated parking space on the appropriate day in order to allow the deep cleaning.

JT Wimsatt Contracting Co. is currently dismantling the tower crane at the job site located at: 1133 S Hope Street.
Full Road Closure of S/B and N/B Lanes on Hope Street between 11th Street & 12th St will take place on:

JT Wimsatt Contracting Co. will guarantee the use of the side walk to provide access by foot, but it won’t be possible to access by car.
South Park Safety Town Hall Notice
