Our Roofing contractor is still working on repairs of the pedestal on the roof, required for the use of the swing stage. However, it is possible to wash windows of floors 3 to 5 (excluding windows of the south side of the building) with a boom lift as we do every year. Consequently, we will proceed with window washing per below schedule for windows we will access without a swing stage. Please be sure to use window coverings for privacy!

• West Side/Back Alley on: Wednesday, June 26th
• North Side/Townhome/11th Street: Start Date: Wednesday, June 26^th | End Date: Thursday, June 27th
• East Side/Grand Avenue on: Thursday, June 27th

We are also planning to begin balcony cleaning in July and we will provide more information soon!
