Happy Friday! We hope you’re enjoying the start of the weekend. We wanted to share some important information with you for the month of November.

Daylight Savings – Sunday, November 5th

When November 5th arrives, it’s time to “fall back” and set your clocks one hour back. At 2:00 AM local daylight time, the clocks are set back by one hour to 1:00 AM local standard time. This means you gain an extra hour of sleep! 😊

South Park BID – Annual Meeting – Tuesday, November 14th

Join South Park BID for our Annual Holiday Event, as we reflect on 2023 and share what’s to come. The evening will feature live music, presentations, a hosted bar reception, and an opportunity to tour the GRAMMY Museum. RSVP required. Management Office Closure and No vendor work

The Management Office will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th in observance of Thanksgiving. Please note that during this time, vendor work will not be allowed, move-in and move-out requests will not be available, and the service elevator will be unavailable for reservations. Additionally, furniture deliveries, material pick-up, and drop-off will not be permitted during this period. While amenities cannot be reserved, they will remain accessible for use.

If you need to coordinate elevator usage before or after the mentioned dates, please contact the front desk at EvoFrontDeskDIS@actionlife.com for assistance. Please be aware that Sundays will continue to remain unavailable for service elevator reservations.

Front Desk – Novembers Reminder

As we head into the holidays, we want to remind you that November is typically one of the busiest months for package deliveries due to events like Black Friday (11/25/2023), Cyber Monday (11/28/2023), and Veterans Day (11/11/2023).

Remember to:

1.      Pick up packages promptly to prevent overcrowding.

2.      Watch for package room capacity alerts.

If you’ll be away during the holidays:

1.      Grant permission for staff to deliver packages into your unit

2.      Coordinate with family members for pickup (Required information to release packages to guest and family members – Names and ID verification).
