Annual Emergency Systems Testing (Reg-4) Schedule

As a reminder, the Annual Emergency Systems Testing (Reg. 4) will start on Monday, December 11^th, 2023, and be completed on Tuesday, December 12^th, 2023.

At the same time, our maintenance team will be visually inspecting the HVAC lines, as a preventative maintenance procedure on Monday, December 11^th, 2023.

Please expect loud alarms on both dates between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mandatory access to all units on Monday, December 11^th, 2023; please see below the detailed schedule:

Monday, December 11^th, 2023 – HVAC Lines, Smoke Detector, & HVAC Inspections –

Mandatory Access to All Units

8am – 12pm: 13^th Floor – PH 2 & Townhomes

12 pm -3 pm: 3^rd Floor – 12^th Floor

Tuesday, December 12^th, 2023 – Generator & Elevator Testing

10 am – 12 pm: Power and internet will be off in all units

12 pm – 3 pm: Elevator Testing

Please note that there will be intermittent periods of inaccessibility for the elevators from 10 am to 11 am and then from 12 pm to 3 pm. Stairwells will remain accessible during these times.
