The 2024 Annual Emergency Systems Testing (Reg. 4) will begin on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, and conclude on Friday, December 6, 2024.

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, our maintenance team will conduct visual inspections of toilets to identify any faulty fill valves as part of our water conservation efforts, alongside unit smoke detector inspections. Please note: Loud alarms will sound throughout the testing days from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Mandatory unit access is required on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Please see the detailed schedule below:

Wednesday, 12/04/2024 – Mandatory Unit Access for Smoke Detector and Toilet Visual Inspections: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, 12/05/2024 – Generator & Elevator Testing

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: The power and internet services will be shut off and unavailable in all units.

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Elevator Testing – Intermittent Elevator Service Disruptions.

12:00p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Elevators will be out of service, but stairwells will remain available for use during these times.

Friday, 12/06/2024 – Emergency System Testing for Amenities and Common Areas

8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Loud Alarms are expected throughout the entire property.
