Evo – Window Washing Schedule

Dear Residents,

On Monday, May 19th, 2025, we will begin the window washing service of the building’s exterior windows and balcony glass. Please refer to the attached Window Washing Schedule and 2025 Floor Plan Schedule for details. The schedule will also be displayed in the elevators, lobby, and on our website – www.evohoa.com.

Please note that, ***if your windows are in front of a balcony, the crew can only access during balcony cleaning starting on Thursday, June 19th, 2025, and you need to sign up to authorize access to your unit.”***

Please be mindful of the following:

  • Work hours will be from Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • You may want to close your window coverings for privacy.
  • For some units, not all windows may be cleaned on the same day due to the configuration of the building exterior.
  • Due to wet conditions, please exercise caution when walking around the building’s perimeter. Signs will be posted in the areas where work is taking place.
  • Please keep all windows and sliding doors closed when window cleaning is in your area.
  • Please be sure to remove all items or furniture from the balconies that you may not want to get wet. IMPORTANT: Crew will not move any items on any balcony.

Balcony/Patio – Glass & Exterior Panels ONLY

For units with balconies and patios, cleaning of balcony glass and exterior surfaces (excluding the floor) is also included with this service at no additional charge.

Please contact Xochitl Diaz at evomgmt@actionlife.com  or 213-741-2700 to be placed on our list for balcony glass cleaning. The deadline to add your balcony to the list is Friday, May 30th, 2025.

Balcony Floor Cleaning

Personal Touch Cleaning will be offering balcony floor cleaning services this year at a rate of $150 for small balconies and $250 for large balconies. If you’re interested in scheduling this service, you will be required to submit both a waiver and a permission-to-enter form.

IMPORTANT: Please remove any items that may obstruct access to the balcony glass and panels. The crew will not move any items on any balcony. The balcony glass cleaning schedule will be provided after Friday, May 30th, 2025.
